Hi, I'm Ian
I'm a Seattle-based designer, technologist, and artist. For more than 20 years I've worked where design, technology, and art overlap.
By day I'm a senior UX and product designer, making complex software clearer for teams at companies including Amazon and Boeing. I do that work through Designing Realities, and my design portfolio lives at ianpageechols.com.
V8 Media is everything else I make: photography rooted in light, texture, and architecture; live analog visuals for bands and festivals like Decibel; interactive installations and public art; gel and screen prints; voiceover; music; and hands-on help for creatives and small offices whose tech needs to just work.
I split my time between Seattle and Mexico City, and I'm happiest when a project pulls a few of these worlds together.
