  • MacOS Optimization: System cleanup, software updates, account issues, slow computers, storage problems, device syncing, and general troubleshooting.
  • Custom Solutions: Need a specific workflow or unusual setup? I can help design, configure, document, and troubleshoot it.

Pricing and Packages

  • $240 – Creative Workflow Session, 2 hours: For photo/video/audio workflow help, backups, file organization, software training, website updates, or studio setup planning.
  • $450 – Small Office / Studio Setup, half day: For multiple devices, networking, printers, shared storage, backups, creative software setup, or a more involved troubleshooting visit.
  • Custom Monthly Package – Ongoing Support: For artists, studios, or small offices that need recurring help.
  • For small issues, a single 60-minute session is usually enough. Larger studio, office, website, or workflow setups can be handled as a package or scoped after an initial session.

Availability

Current tech support booking hours are generally:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Remote support is available when appropriate. On-site support is available in the Seattle area depending on the problem, location, and schedule.
