Ian, this is outstanding! I can’t wait to see it! Who supplied the metal(?) tooled wall of words? Meaning…who did the tooling?
These pieces were waterjet cut by a place by the Fisherman’s Terminal in Ballard called West Coast Waterjet. I would recommend them for anything like this.
And thank you! I was tempted at this point to just light it from the back and call it done. Maybe I’ll do some pieces specifically dealing with shadow and texture like this. I definitely want to do some smaller and more affordable pieces that use some of my learned knowledge from all of this.
