The power board is labeled as Min Board No. 5, 91-118. The original capacitors were 2x 1000uF 35V and 1x 470uF 50V. The front two are tied together on the right side. The underside of the board is labeled with a + sign where those two were tied together, and the cap furthest front has a + sign on the left. There was also a jumper wire on the bottom side of the board connecting the left side of the middle.

Also, I forgot to mention that I had also replaced a bunch of the resistors. The old ones are in the bag I left with you, and that's what the top sheet with the schematics showed. Here's a photo of what that looked like for reference.
